After more than 25 years as Managing Director of Adroit Technologies, Mr. Dave Wibberley is stepping down.
Mr. Johan Nieuwenhuizen, current Sales Director, and Mr. Frits Kok, current Chief Technology Officer, have been named joint CEOs. In addition, the board has appointed three new directors: Pawel Pietak, Director of Technical Services; Jason Munitich, Technical Director; and Hugo Pienaar, Director of Digital Services.
Dave Wibberley explains, “Adroit Technologies is a global software company supplying software into the factory and process industries on over 6 continents, with over 35,000 licenses sold to many happy customers in industries that span the industrial and IT environments. We have grown the business to 30 times its size since we first started it 25 years ago. However, despite the success, everything needs new direction, leadership, and energy to go to the next level.
We felt that it was important going forward to reward and bring on internal staff that have, in their own right, shown leadership, commitment, and initiative that have, for many years, been the driving forces behind the company’s success. The new directors bring in skills that will continue to enhance and deliver products to our customers, which will see them being able to leverage their current investments in Adroit SCADA and related products to take advantage of the productivity gains offered in the new digital world as well as focus on the continued world-class service and support we have become so well-known for.”
Dave Wibberley and Mike Lamusse will continue to serve on the board in an advisory capacity.
